1948: Jim Snell becomes one of the first practitioners in the country to qualify as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO #21) after the first standards were established.
1947: Innovation is Born
1947: Company implements assembly line techniques because of lengthy backlogs of work. Jim Snell develops a process of stamping out aluminum stirrups which allows for faster and lighter production than competitors.

1938: Louisiana Office Opens
1938: Jim Snell opens office at 828 Louisiana Avenue in Shreveport, LA and a new manager begins running the Little Rock office.

1935: Little Rock Office Opens
1935: Jim Snell moves to manage the office in Little Rock.

1921-1929: Custom Production Takes Hold
