1976: Clint Snell purchases the Louisiana portion of the business and Jim Snell retires.



1947: Innovation is Born

1947: Company implements assembly line techniques because of lengthy backlogs of work. Jim Snell develops a process of stamping out aluminum stirrups which allows for faster and lighter production than competitors.


1938: Louisiana Office Opens

1938: Jim Snell opens office at 828 Louisiana Avenue in Shreveport, LA and a new manager begins running the Little Rock office.



1921-1929: Custom Production Takes Hold

The Company transitions from fitting surgical garments to custom artificial limbs and braces.
